BollySoul Dance! Moving your body can be in any form and that is the best thing about finding your active and being an everyday adventurer.
I love Saniya zest for all things dance and how teaching has allowed her to grow, learn new things, and step outside her comfort zone. In Saniya's words "dance is about making people smile and bringing them together in movement."
This is a motivating read about putting yourself out there, asking for help and how moving your body and having the courage to follow your dreams can lead to finding your happy place.
"I love anything that keeps me moving", I love this!
Angella has made an amazing transformation. Her story highlights the importance of moving your body and ensuring you find time for yourself every day. Not only for herself but to be to ensure she is a great role model for her kids.
August 2016 she decided it was time to make a change and now she loves inspiring others to get moving as well. If you are looking for a bit of inspiration to start your active journey please read Angella's story and motivation.
Finding motivation wasn't easy for Alyssa, but she kept persisting until she found what was right for her. Everyone's active is different and it is all about finding your bliss and what is the right fit for you.
I love Alyssa's story and motivation and how she has grown to love moving her body. Being an everyday adventurer starts with leaving your comfort zone and #FindingYourActive.

Looking for inspiration? I love Raissa's words of wisdom and encouragement. Another amazing everyday adventurer who hasn't quite highlighted all her amazing ultra running achievements.
In Raissa's words "from complete couch potato to hiking, running 10k races in parks, marathons and now I go on for days sometimes!"
Raissa (@helloimraissa) is defiantly one to follow to keep you motivated.
I am super excited to introduce you to Janine and her Everyday Adventure of kite surfing and hiking. Kite surfing has always been something I have wanted to try and I love scrolling through Janine insta account @schninoe for the inspiration to step outside my comfort zone to give it a go.
Janine shares her challenge of getting out on her kiteboard by herself at a young age and how it was well worth it in the end.
Your wave is waiting...
Full transparency, this week's Everyday Adventurer is my mother in law and I am not 100% sure she has highlighted enough about the amazing adventures and achievements she has been on with her trusty bike.
Humm where to start.... she has cycled from Cairo to Cape Town, from Istanbul to Beijing and traversed South America with each of these cycling adventures being well over 10,000 km. So if you are looking for inspiration to go out and follow your ACTIVE dream look no further than Ronda.
I LOVE as you go through different stages in your life you are drawn to different types of ACTIVE journeys and adventures. Sometimes you need to step back a little and other times you have the opportunity to go full steam ahead.
Full disclosure this week in #ifoundfridays I have my mum talking about her current ACTIVE. She has definitely been a great role model for me as I have always known her to be doing something. I have seen her go from running to netball to golf to hiking to gym workouts to Pilates.
Each stage of her life different ACTIVE's has bought her different joys and achievements and currently, that is Pilates for her.
Have you ever just wanted to get on your bike and cycle, discovering the world around you at your own pace. The simplicity of bike travel is one of the greatest joys, it doesn't have to be a huge multi-month adventure to be fun, some of the best experiences can be found in your own backyard.
This week Natalie shares her "I Found" story. Cycle touring and hiking what an awesome way to discover the great outdoors.
So I guess I will get the ball rolling and be the first cab off the rank. My current "I Found" is trail running - this is my happy place and bliss.
Not to mention the tail community the world over is the most welcoming and supportive bunch of people.
I look forward to sharing more of my "I Found" adventures soon.
